About Z Brothers Property Management

Brothers Philip and Luke Zaccarelli grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs. As children, they were both very active in sports, creative in music and home film making, and enjoyed the outdoors. They spent their summers throughout high school and college working for a landscaping company. It was there, under the burning sun, where they began to realize that they make a powerful team. They both went on to attend West Chester University, where Philip studied communications and Luke, business. After college, Philip entered the corporate world, whereas Luke began working in the property services industry. Philip has spent most of his career in management consulting, advising large global companies on how to best manage their risk and compliance exposures. Philip also holds a master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College, where he was the valedictorian of his graduating class. Luke began his career as an apprentice for a trained stone mason. He learned the "ins" and "outs" of the trade but wanted to diversify his skillset. He then went on to work for a large general contractor, but quickly realized he wanted the freedom and flexibility of owning his own business. In 2017, Luke opened his own general contracting business, where he specialized in decks, patios, flooring, and bathrooms. Looking to add revenue streams, he then added a mowing and landscaping division to his business. Aiming to scale and enhance the level of service provided, Philip and Luke combined forces in 2024 to form Z Brothers Property Management - a family owned and operated full-service property services company. Philip and Luke both currently reside in Linfield, PA. Philip lives with his wife, their young son, and their four dogs. Luke lives with his long-time girlfriend and their three dogs. In their free time, they love spending time with their family and loved ones and are extremely passionate about Philadelphia sports.
